Another fun time being a panelist for a new edition of the Dragon Con Urban Fantasy Track Supernatural Rewind. This time we discussed season 12! This season had two big storylines brought to us by a new showrunner. Some of loved parts of the season and disliked (some with a passion) other parts of the season: Mary is back (but not a great mom), Castiel is on a mission, Lucifer becomes a rocker (courtesy of Rick Springfield), Lucifer becomes the President of the United States, Lucifer becomes a father, everyone’s after Lucifer’s baby, the British Men of Letters shake things up in America, Mr. Ketch joins the show, Dean loses his memory, more Jody & Claire, more Crawley & Rowena, Apocalypse World Bobby, alpha vampire, and so much more.

Had a fun time being a panelist for another edition of Dragon Con Urban Fantasy Track Supernatural Rewind. This time we discussed season 11! This season had the highest stakes yet and answered some big questions fans had. Some of us loved the overall season plot and others thought it dragged on, but we all had things we enjoyed this season: the soul eating Darkness, the experimental “Baby” episode, imaginary friends, return of Chuck, Rowena jumping sides, the fall of Crowley, checking in on Claire & Alex, time traveling to a submarine, Bobby & Rufus make an unexpected return, a giant team-up and so much more.

Had awesome time being a panelist for another edition of Dragon Con Urban Fantasy Track Supernatural Rewind. This time we discussed season 10! This season had all sorts of plot twists & turns: Sam trying to save Demon Dean, Cole Trenton out for revenge, Claire Novak teen angst, Rowena manipulating Crowley, Fan Fiction musical fun, Donna & Jody finally meeting, Charlie & the Wizard of Oz, “the Bobbies are surly”, the evil Styne family, and more.

Had a great time being a panelist on another edition of Dragon Con Urban Fantasy Track Supernatural Rewind. This time we discuss season 9! We talk Dorothy, the Wicked Witch, the always fun Charlie (Felicia Day), Cass’s ever changing angel status, “Doctor Dean Dolittle” talking to dogs, the vicious angel war, Abaddon versus Crowley, more Men of Letters fun, the dangerous Cain (played by the amazing Timothy Omundson), master manipulator Metatron, the shifting alliances of Gadreel, the Bloodlines backdoor pilot, other episodes we thought could have been a spin-off, and more. Plus, was Sam being a complete jerk to Dean this season or did Dean cross a line in how he saved Sam’s life?

This was for the Dragon Con Urban Fantasy Track. We discussed how folklore & mythology are currently being incorporated into television shows such as Invisible City, Ragnarok, & Trickster.

Seeing season one again after so many years was a blast! I suggest it for every Supernatural fan out there. So many firsts this season: demons, vampires, ghosts, reapers, and more!
